4. Attempts to pass some kind of gun reform.
5. Attack ads from the NRA
6. Loosening gun laws and restrictions.
7. Blissful forgetfulness as the media shifts elsewhere, distracting us from the issue.
8. Another mass shooting.
9. Repeat.
